Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening and selecting candidates for available positions.
- Review resumes and job applications.
- Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates.
- Schedule interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events.
- Assist in the maintenance of the applicant tracking system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, Business or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Passion for Web3 technology and recruitment industry.
