As a Business Development Lead, you’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle of upper middle market and enterprise customers. You’ll generate leads, outreach prospective opportunities, craft solutions with customers, and do whatever is needed to drive the deal to close. Overtime, you’ll be building a repeatable & scalable playbook for our sales engine.
Responsibilities
- Develop outbound & inbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
- Understand, define, and adjust company’s value proposition for both users and ecosystem partners.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for upper middle market and enterprise companies.
- Take ownership of customer success post launch.
- Lead the development and refinement of sales processes.
- Engage with internal stakeholders from multiple functions (i.e. Engineering, Product, Ops) to help drive product & marketing strategy.
- Define viable commercial models for clients and partners.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in business development/sales with a track record of top performance.
- Excited about prospecting and capable of leading a sales cycle from start to finish.
- Strong interest in web3/DeFi/NFTs.
- Enjoy highly competitive environment with lots of ambiguity.
- The ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products.
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
- Keen to learn about how things work and are able to explain technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand.
